It's called a snickerdoodle. Simply a whimsically named cookie and perfect for Valentine's Day and my loves. And since I am pregnant the best cookie EVER!
Recipe:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
cinnamon mixture
2tbsp sugar plus 2 tsp cinnamon
Cream butter, sugar eggs. Add dry ingredients. Shape into balls and roll into cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Oooh, yum! My grandmother used to make these and I have not made them in a long time! I might just have to do that with my kids this week. Thanks for the idea!
